For the first time, convenience, gas and car wash operators had the opportunity to attend an event focusing on new Canadian consumer insights, presented by Canada’s convenience-gas communications experts. During the summer and fall of 2008 Fulcrum created an online consumer survey of Canadian c-gas and car wash users. One thousand respondents representing every region – Atlantic, Québec, Ontario, the Prairies and British Columbia — answered questions about their c-gas and car wash purchasing behaviour and perceptions of the industries.
